You'll be taken to a calendar to book your session(s) immediately after you enroll.

You can choose from either 4:30 PM or 6:00 PM weekdays.

For the 6-session package, we recommend scheduling 2 sessions per week, although scheduling is flexible if you can't commit to 2 sessions per week.
